Mike Pethel is co-president and co-founder of Company 3, and one of the industry’s most acclaimed colorist. He has worked in post production for more than 20 years and, prior to becoming a colorist, helped to develop the post production service system. His background includes stops at CIS, Rushes (London) and Pacific Ocean Post. While at CIS, he was part of a team that won an Emmy Award for developing the electronic optical printer that marked a turning point in digital effects and film scanning technology.
