Glen BennettVFX Supervisor/Flame Artist CO3 LAGlen Bennett joined Company 3 in early 2009 as a Flame Artist/VFX Supervisor. With over 15 years of experience in visual effects, Bennett has worked on numerous music videos, commercials and feature films. Prior to Company 3, Bennett spent six years at Asylum FX, where he worked on features such as Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, King Kong and National Treasure. Prior to Asylum, Bennett spent two years at Hollywood Digital West and three years at 525 Post. In 1995, Bennett won the International Monitor Award for Best Visual Effects for the internationally acclaimed Guinness “Enigma” and in 1998 he won the MVPA’s Best Special Effects Award for 311’s “Transistor” video. In addition to his visual effects talents, Bennett is an accomplished director. He won the Much Music’s Video of the Year for directing Finger Eleven’s “One Thing” and Billboard’s Rock Video of the Year for Drowning Pool’s “Bodies.” He entered the business as a trainee Paintbox artist in London, England and later moved to Rushes.
