Randie Swanberg joined Company 3 in 2009 to provide creative leadership for its newly-formed visual effects team in New York. He has a broad background as a designer, animator and visual effects artist and is especially accomplished in fashion and beauty work, where his credits include such well-known brands as Revlon, Maybelline, L’Oreal, Hugo Boss and Avon.

Swanberg began his career with Post Edge, Miami, where he worked on broadcast and advertising media, including branding campaigns for the Pan American Sports Network and the Playboy Channel. In 2001, he moved to New York to join Riot where his careful artistry, attention to detail and technical skill quickly won him a loyal following among leading ad agency, broadcast and cable accounts.
